Manuel is a principal of the firm and is the lead business development advisor. He is also responsible for 401(k) plan investment reviews, employee educational meetings and one-on-one investment consultations.

Manuel holds a degree in Business Administration from Taylor University and a MBA degree in Finance from Concordia University. He has 12 years of investment experience in the retirement plan industry.

Manuel holds the FINRA Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative, FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative, NASAA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law, NASAA Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law, (held at LPL Financial) and Wisconsin and Illinois Life Insurance licenses and is a member of Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals Ltd. Prior to joining Spectrum Investment Advisors, he was an Account Executive with the Principal Financial Group for 7 years. A native of Puerto Rico, Manuel is bilingual and is able to present employee meetings in Spanish.
