Manuel Rosado

President/Partner

MBA

Manuel is the president and a partner at Spectrum and is responsible for setting direction and overseeing the overall operations of the firm. He has been in the investment management and retirement plan industry since 1999 and presently holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). He has been a speaker and panelist on retirement plan fiduciary and investment education topics at numerous industry conferences and is a member of the firm's investment committee.

Throughout his career in the retirement plan industry, Manuel has helped plan sponsors implement successful retirement programs by providing specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards and their application to the investment management process, as well as turning behavioral finance concepts into actionable solutions. He is committed to understanding the unique needs of each client and designing strategies to address those needs.

A native of Puerto Rico, Manuel is fluent in Spanish. He is married and lives in Mequon, WI, with his wife. They have two adult children. In his spare time, Manuel coaches high school volleyball and enjoys travel, golf, and the outdoors.
