Matt is the Senior Vice President and partner of Spectrum, responsible for business development and client management for retirement plans and wealth management. He is committed to understanding the unique needs of each client
and designing strategies to address those needs.
Matt has been in the retirement plan and investment management industry since 1989 and presently holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). He is a member of Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals, Ltd. (WRPPL) and the National Association of Plan Advisors. Matt has completed the:
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation as co-sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania

A graduate of St. Norbert College, Matt earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Matt is married with four children and lives in Milwaukee, WI. While not working with clients, he is active in his local church or pursuing hobbies including reading, golf, platform tennis, and other outdoor activities.
