Suzanne M. Weeden

Senior Relationship Manager

CEBS®, RPA, AIF®, NQPC

Sue is a relationship manager for the firm, responsible for retirement plan investment reviews, plan design consultation, employee education, and one-on-one investment consultations. She has been in the retirement plan industry since 1999 and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). Sue also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation, the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation, as co-sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in Brookfield, WI and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a Past President and former Board Member of Wisconsin Retirement Planning Professionals, Ltd. (WRPPL), a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), and Board of Directors, Secretary for the Cedarburg Cultural Center.

Sue is a graduate of Marquette University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is married with three children and lives in Cedarburg, WI. Outside of the office, Sue enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, running, reading, and traveling.

CEBS, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, certifies that the recipient has a comprehensive understanding of compensation and employee benefit principles and concepts.

RPA, Retirement Plans Associate, a designation co-sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

AIF®, Accredited Investment Fiduciary, certifies that the recipient has specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process.

NQPC, Nonqualified Plan Advisor, a credential offered by the National Association of Plan Advisors certifying proficiency in Nonqualified plans.

NAPA was created by and for retirement plan advisors and is the only advocacy group exclusively focused on the issues that matter to retirement plan advisors.
